Love this place! The amount of classes offered for the price is good – both Brazilian jiu jitsu/grappling and kung fu san soo. I appreciate the emphasis on personal growth and self defense as opposed to just being a competition academy. All the coaches offer a unique perspective on the arts and it keeps me well rounded.

This is an excellent martial art class it’s an everyday Class. 2 days a week there are 2 hours classes that my daughter goes too. The price is great for what you’re getting compared to other martial arts studios where your child only works out one maybe two days a week that’s not enough time to learn a technique on defending yourself that kids need to have these days especially girls. My daughter has been going here for about 4 months and my husbend and I are very satisfied with the teachers and the classes. I would recommend them to everyone you won’t be disappointed.
